Gadgetren – To bring to life the world tennis championship titled The Championship, Wimbledon, OPPO is reportedly presenting a new installation at OPPO Gallery Plaza Indonesia until July 31, 2023.
This world tennis-inspired facility features a co-working space with miniature Wimbledon tennis courts, a range of special edition equipment and exclusive gifts from Wimbledon officials.
In addition, visitors can also enjoy LED Interactive to play tennis on the big screen through the OPPO device and the Tribune Area which offers a unique experience of the Wimbledon tennis competition.
Not long ago, several professional tennis players, starting with Christopher Ruangkat, David Agung and Kerenina Sunny, also visited OPPO Gallery Plaza Indonesia to see the installation for the Wimbledon edition.
In addition to presenting a special Wimbledon 2023 installation at OPPO Gallery Plaza Indonesia, OPPO will also be directly present at the global tennis event. The Wimbledon 2023 tennis championship itself will be held from 3 to 16 July 2023 in London.
As part of the partnership between OPPO and the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC), OPPO together with AELTC will present the OPPO Breakthrough Inspiration Award at the tournament.
OPPO said the award was organized to recognize young players who have made breakthroughs in their Wimbledon careers and encourage them to reach new heights.
The OPPO Breakthrough Inspiration Award itself was presented for the third time since 2019. Carlos Alcaraz, who won the award last year, became the first teenager and the youngest player ever to top the ATP Men’s Singles rankings.
Through this award, Wimbledon fans will also have the opportunity to choose the winner of this year’s OPPO Breakthrough Inspiration Award through voting held on Wimbledon’s social media throughout the tournament.
