instax mini Evo Brown and instax Square SQ40 cameras are officially launched in Indonesia

Gadgetren – Fujifilm Indonesia has officially introduced its two newest instant cameras through the instax mini Evo Brown and instax Square SQ40 along with the launch of the Fujifilm X-S20 mirrorless camera.

Fujifilm’s two new instax cameras still have a retro design with a more modern twist. The instax mini Evo was previously released in black in Indonesia in December 2021. Now the hybrid instant camera is available in a new color variant, namely brown, which will add more options for camera lovers with natural photos.

Instax mini Evo is a hybrid instant camera that incorporates digital technology and supports card-sized mini-format film. While instax Square SQ40 is an analog camera with a classic black skin and supports square photo formats.

In terms of availability, the two Instax cameras can already be purchased in Indonesia through e-commerce, which is Fujifilm’s official partner on Blibli, Shopee and Tokopedia. Then it is also available at the nearest Fujifilm showroom in your city.

the instax Square SQ40 costs IDR 2,499,000 and the Instax mini Evo Brown is still available at the same price as the previous black version, which is IDR 2,999,000. The advantages of the instax mini Evo Brown camera are the same as the black one which provides ten lens effects and ten film effects.

Both are capable of producing 100 combinations of different shot expressions. This feature allows users to be creative with 100 ways to capture every moment.

The ten lens effects provided by the Instax Mini Evo include normal, vignette, soft focus, blur, fisheye, color change, light leak, mirror, double exposure and half frame. While the ten film effects include monochrome, retro, sepia, pale, normal, blue, vivid and more.

This camera also has an LCD screen on the back of the body that can display photos when you want to print them directly via the Print button located on the lower right side of the camera body. It is then of course supported by an LED flash, two shutter buttons on the top right and front, glass for selfies, a place to mount a tripod and shoe accessories.

In addition to being able to print directly, photos can be saved and shared to mobile devices to post on social media. Photo prints use card size instax paper. Users can also customize prints in two modes, namely Instax Natural Mode for standard colors or Instax Rich Mode for more vibrant colors.

Interestingly, apart from the new coffee variant, the instax mini Evo now uses USB Type-C to make charging easier for users. Then switch to the instax SQ40 camera equipped with Automatic Exposure mode to create optimal images for all types of shooting.

This function is claimed to be able to automatically adjust the shutter speed and flash output to suit the lighting conditions, ensuring that the subject is properly exposed when outdoors in bright light, in a dim room, and when taking selfies and close-ups .

Other features like Selfie mode have also been provided along with selfie glass. To activate the Selfie mode, the user only rotates the front lens. This mode is ideal for selfies and close-ups by lifting the instax 30-50cm.

Apart from that, the Instax SQ40 also features the latest instax square format photo paper film called SUNSET, which is capable of providing grainy and gradient effects.

As additional information to bring alive the launch of Instax mini Evo Brown, Instax Square SQ40 and Fujifilm X-S20 cameras as well as XF 8mm lens, Fujifilm is also holding the instaXperience exhibition at Kota Kasablanka Mall located in the main lobby until 23 July 2023 .
