This information was transferred by Samsung Electronics via product support site which is only valid for Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 purchases in Indonesia. As for users who buy overseas, they will not be able to enjoy the service.
Samsung stated that this offer is only valid for purchases of Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 products within the warranty period. To get this service, users are advised to contact an authorized Samsung service center before replacing the screen protector.
This Screen Protector replacement is only for the main screen of Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4. Meanwhile, the second display or external display on these devices does not support this service.
Meanwhile, Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 users living outside the city covered by Samsung’s service center can avail the free shipping service at no extra cost.
In addition, Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 are Samsung’s foldable devices that will be released for the first time in 2022. The Galaxy Z Flip4 is currently priced from IDR 13,999,000 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, and the most expensive is sold at IDR 16,999,000 for 8GB RAM storage.
