Samsung Galaxy A24 launched in Indonesia, here is the price

Gadgetren – Samsung has officially launched its new mobile phone called Galaxy A24 in Indonesia. This entry-level mobile phone can be purchased through the pre-order program until May 14, 2023 through the online sales channel on the website and e-commerce Blibli and Akulaku.

As an attractive offer during the pre-order program, the Galaxy A24 gets a discount of IDR 100,000. This brings the price to IDR 3,399,000 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Apart from this, customers will also get other bonuses in the form of IM3 limit up to 17GB and access to YouTube Premium for 2 months.

There are three color variations Galaxy A24 offered include Silver, Light Green and Black. The Galaxy A24 features a teardrop design at the top of the display that houses a 13MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Then, on the back of the body there is a vertical arrangement of the camera unit which presents a 50MP main lens with f/1.8 aperture which is equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 5MP wide-angle lens with f/2 aperture ,2 and 117º wide and 2MP macro lens with f/ 2.4 aperture.

The rear camera can record videos with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) at 30 fps and supports slow motion video recording with HD resolution at 120 fps. In addition, the OIS feature available on the main lens is also equipped with Video Digital Image Stabilization (VDIS) support that allows users to record videos more stably.

Galaxy A24 performance is based on MediaTek Helio G99 (6nm) Octa-Core 2.2GHz chipset. This mobile is also supported by microSD up to 1 TB which can store various files in the form of documents, photos and videos.


The Galaxy A24 battery has a large capacity of 5,000 mAh which is equipped with 25W charging via USB Type C. With a full charge, the battery life of the Galaxy A24 can reportedly reach up to 2 days of use.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy A24’s screen measures 6.5″ that has a Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED panel resolution and supports a 90Hz refresh rate. There is a fingerprint scanner on the right side of the body for quick access to the Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 interface.

This mobile phone also provides other features such as NFC payment method to help cashless transactions for users using digital media access, 3.5mm earphones, and Samsung Knox privacy and security.
