Gadgetren – Telkomsel One was launched as one of the integrated solutions for presenting integrated internet and communication services without being tied to a single type of network technology.
As a continuation of the implementation of the Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) initiative, this new product allows us to enjoy services from IndiHome and Telkomsel as an end-to-end solution. So starting from billing, management, to implementation will be one.
Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) itself refers to the convergence or merging between home internet services (fixed broadband) and mobile connections (mobile broadband). Telkomsel One came into being after the merger of IndiHome and Telkomsel into one on 1 July 2023 ago.
To meet customer needs, Telkomsel One specifically promises three types of product categories. Including Complete package containing IndiHome, Orbit and Telkomsel Family Quota. Package Dynamic which includes IndiHome and Family Quota. as Easy package which carries only Orbit and Family Quota.
It’s just that the products offered by Telkomsel One are fully available. If you see Official page of Telkomselnow there are only three packages we can choose to meet the needs.

Dynamic Gold 2P is one of the product options that we can enjoy. This package contains 2P IndiHome services as well as a family quota which is likely to be very suitable for those of us who need home internet service, mobile connection as well as TV.

The second is the Dynamic Silver 1P. Apart from the offered access speed, this package differs from the previous products because it does not include TV services from IndiHome. This means it may be the right choice for those of us who only need an internet network.

Finally is Easy Silver Lite. The Telkomsel One package offers Orbit services and Telkomsel family quota. We can also consider it if the location is not yet reached by the IndiHome network or we really need products that are really affordable.
Unfortunately, some products from Telkomsel One above are only valid for new customers. Meanwhile, IndiHome subscribers need to upgrade their speed if they want to enjoy it.
Until the publication of the article, Telkomsel One was only available on a limited basis for 501 regions/cities in Indonesia. Registration for each product can be done through the MyTelkomsel app.
